Cheryl McFadden Zak, Esq.
Born and raised in Western New York, Cheryl McFadden Zak has dedicated her legal career to serving families and individuals in our community. She is a graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law and has been admitted to both the Federal and New York State Bar since 1994. Cheryl is an active member of both the Erie County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. She is a former co-chair of the Erie County Bar Association Family Court Practice and Procedure Committee and has served as the Town of Hamburg Planning Board Attorney and the Town of Hamburg Zoning Board Attorney. In 2008, Cheryl was honored with the Honorable Michael F. Dillon Award for her vigorous advocacy on behalf of children. Cheryl is a compassionate, strong advocate, who focuses on providing personal attention and achieving practical results. She lives in Hamburg, NY with her husband and their two children.
